Today I Made: Cioppino
For my birthday I wanted to make a celebratory dish filled with seafood. This cioppino perfectly fit the bill!
I once again turned to my favorite blog, Once Upon A Chef for the recipe! The dish starts by making the broth, which is flavored with clam juice, crushed tomatoes, garlic, and shallot. Adding in the seafood at the end ensures that all of their flavorful juices are incorporated into the sauce!
I also made garlic bread in order to soak up all of the delicious broth, which I highly recommend! If you are looking for a relatively easy dish that has enormous flavor and looks impressive, cioppino is the dish for you!
