Today I Made: Gimbap
Today I made Gimbap! Recently, I have been making lots of Korean food, and I found an amazing blog called Korean Bapsang. I have made lots of her recipes and all of them have been delicious! The gimbap was no different. I decided to make a vegan version with crispy tofu, carrots, cucumber, and spinach. Everything was so flavorful! Cooking each of the vegetables separately ensures that they are the correct texture because they have varying cooking times. I highly enjoyed making gimbap and I will definitely be making it again!

Lay your fillings on the rice and seaweed then roll.
Brush the whole rolls with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Eat!
