Today I Made: Pull-Apart Sour Cream and Chive Rolls
Today I made Sour Cream and Chive rolls! This recipe is from Claire Saffitz’s baking cookbook Dessert Person. When I first got the book there were so many things I wanted to bake, so I made a list and ranked them! These rolls were at the top of my list- they are described as a cross between Parker House rolls and the Japanese milk buns and I couldn’t resist! They are buttery with a hint of garlicky-chive flavor and extremely light and fluffy. It was also really fun to roll out each individual roll and see them rise so much! The next time I make them I will add a few more chives to boost the flavor of the rolls because I love their flavor! I highly recommend making these delicious rolls!
